Bibi Maryam's sale document, 1920
Bibi Maryam, daughter of Sharif Khan, and her son (son of the late Asad Allah Bayg) sell some orchards to Karbalayi Haydar and Husayn Jan, sons of the late Mashhadi, in exchange for sixty-four tumans. Tax and other expenses are the responsibility of the buyers and the detriment fee is one hundred dinars and some wheat.

Ghulam Husayn Khan's endowment, 1919
Ghulam Husayn Khan Sardar Mujallal, son of Haj Sulayman Khan Bihjat al-Dawlah, has transferred his properties near Kirman and Bam to Mirza Husayn Khan Sardar Nusrat, son of Murtaza Quli Khan Vakil al-Mulk, in exchange for some crystal candy. The condition is that Mirza Husayn Khan endows these properties after Ghulam Husayn Khan’s death. Nine hundred and thirty tumans is the annual budget to cover the costs of hiring people for reading the Qurʼan and rawzah, repairs, cleaning the tomb in Najaf, and expenses of coffee, sugar cubes, tobacco, charcoal, water pipes, and lamps. On April 2, 1832, Mir ‘Abd al-Husayn Khan with the power of attorney from his wife, Maryam Baygum, sells one-fourth of Bagh-i Baygum to Qamar Nisa’, daughter of Zaynal Khan, for thirty six tumans. On the margin, dated April 7, 1833, Shaykh Zayn al-‘Abidin, with the power of attorney from Qamar Nisa’ Khanum, sells the mentioned property to Mirza Aqa’i, who has the power of attorney from Ishaq Khan (son of Ibrahim Khan), for thirty tumans and a detriment fee of eight tumans

Sale document of Mirza Muhammad Shah on behalf of his mother, 1853
Mirza Muhammad Shah, son of ‘Abd al-Husayn Khan, with the power of attorney from his mother, sells some parts of Taqi Abad orchard to Karbalayi Muhammad Husayn, son of Karbalayi Hasan ‘Ali, for ten tumans, with a detriment fee of four tumans. Then Karbalayi Muhammad Husayn sells half of the above property to ‘Abbas, son of ‘Ali Riza, and the other half to Karbalayi ‘Ali Fakhkhar, son Ustad ‘Abd Allah Fakhkhar, for seven tumans, one hundred dinars, and some wheat.

Sale document, 1841
‘Ali Akbar Bayg, Karbalayi ‘Abbas, and their two sisters, Karbalayi Ruqiyah and Zaynab (or Zinat), sold their paternal inheritance to Karbalayi Muhammad, son of Abu al-Qasim, for forty tumans and a detriment fee of ten tumans. These properties, after some transactions became the possession of Husayn, son of ‘Askar, who in turn sold them to Ishaq Khan for twenty-five tumans and a detriment fee of five tumans.
